About the role

  • A mix of brand + campaign + digital, often moving fast, always aiming for a high level craft:
  • Brand identities + design systems
  • Campaign worlds + key visuals

  • Decks and toolkits that look like a studio cares

Requirements

  • Junior to midweight experience (studio/agency ideal)

  • You should also have a good grip on Ai and all things concerning. From stills to motion.
  • You can take feedback, iterate fast, and keep files tidy
  • You’re curious, switched on, and not precious and you are picky (in a good way)
  • Motion awareness (After Effects or strong motion instincts)
Benefits
  • High standards, no drama. You’ll get real responsibility, close creative support, and the chance to help shape what the London studio becomes.
  • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
  • Consistent culture and team-building events
  • Employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year
  • Office lunches
