Develop high quality deliverables and presentations for Client engineering teams and senior leaders, this can include both technical and non-technical documentation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their needs.
Create and present solution designs, options, ideas, and innovations to clients’ senior leadership teams.
Develop and maintain Technical Roadmaps and Innovation Plans for supported Solutions.
Establish project estimates and plans, identify risks and mitigations, oversee development and delivery of technical solutions.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles.
Actively lead collaboration within our technical communities.

Requirements

Experience and ability to “jump on a whiteboard” in front of a customer to develop a solution to a business / technology goal or challenge.
Strong consulting and business acumen.
15+ years of IT experience and 10+ years of Cloud, DevOps, and Automation experience.
Multiple certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Pro, AWS DevOps Engineer Pro, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, etc.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing Platform core services around Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, Containers, Security, Identity, etc.
Experience with organizational adoption of transformational initiatives such as Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Transformation/Migration, Application Modernization
Hands-on experience with IaC and Automation tools such as: Terraform, Ansible, ARM, CloudFormation.
Experience with using and managing deployment services such as Harness, GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins, etc. Knowledge and usage of git branching strategies is required.
Hands-on and expert-level experience in programming with Java, Python or any development language.
Experience with SDLC, containers and Kubernetes in a Cloud environment.
Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of modern cloud-native application design principles, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI\CD Pipelines.
Knowledge of enterprise organizations across multiple industries and inner IT functions (e.g. Enterprise Architecture, Operations).
