- Utilize ServiceNow expertise to architect, design, develop and deploy solutions
- Drive collaborative team leading and mentoring
- Ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality
- Own the overall outcome of your projects
- Focus on development and delivery of value-added integration and consultative services
- Design, deploy and integrate various product sets
- Expectation of at least 25% travel
Requirements
- Subject matter expert on a ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM preferred)
- Expert knowledge on at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform
- Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
- Recognized expertise in own area within the organization
- Demonstrate deep expertise across multiple technologies
- Able to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches
- Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Able to travel of at least 25%
