About the role
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising programs.
- Own end-to-end digital ad operations from platform strategy to performance measurement.
- Partner closely with Marketing Leadership, Program Marketers, and the Content and Brand Teams to align digital advertising with AHEAD’s GTM priorities.
- Establish and manage a measurement framework to track ad performance across platforms.
- Continuously optimize ads and run tests to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital advertising operations, with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience strategizing and managing multi-channel digital ad programs.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Experience building reports and dashboards to communicate results to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
