About the role

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising programs.
  • Own end-to-end digital ad operations from platform strategy to performance measurement.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Leadership, Program Marketers, and the Content and Brand Teams to align digital advertising with AHEAD’s GTM priorities.
  • Establish and manage a measurement framework to track ad performance across platforms.
  • Continuously optimize ads and run tests to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital advertising operations, with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven experience strategizing and managing multi-channel digital ad programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards to communicate results to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
