About the role

  • Create, organize, and manage internal projects in Jira, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain processes for team time tracking and reporting to improve resource allocation and productivity.
  • Coordinate and deliver clear communications regarding releases, updates, and initiatives from the Data Analytics organization.
  • Define and manage project workstreams, schedules, and lead meetings to track progress, action items, and risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Document operational processes and maintain SOPs for internal projects.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or operations within a technology or analytics environment.
  • Experience with Jira administration and reporting.
  • Familiarity with time tracking tools and processes.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
