About the role

  • Recruiting & candidate management — from job postings and screening through interview support.
  • Employer branding & communication — creating campaigns, posts and content that showcase what makes our company culture unique.
  • HR processes & organization — insight into onboarding, employee communications and feedback processes.
  • Team projects — support with internal workshops, employer-branding events and team activities.
  • Responsibility — take on small HR projects with the support of our team and grow professionally and personally.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a relevant degree program, e.g.: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Communication & Media Studies, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, Business Education, or a comparable field related to HR, communication or marketing.
  • Very good command of German and English.
  • Interest in people, communication and company culture.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for writing, social media & employer branding.
  • Proactive attitude, teamwork and strong organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm to actively contribute to a growing startup.
