About the role

  • You’ll become part of one of New Zealand's most renowned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation teams
  • Engaging in a variety of intriguing and fulfilling projects
  • Be the face of customer interactions
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s features and good business acumen
  • Deliver and execute smart technology and software solutions
  • Lead workshops and solution design

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of proven experience implementing and training users on Business Central
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge across core Business Central modules
  • Strong capability in leading customer workshops to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and drive alignment
  • Background in food manufacturing and/or warehousing, particularly with scanning solutions, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AppSource apps and ISV solutions
  • Background in pre-sales support and leading project teams is a must
  • Expertise in solution design and facilitating client workshops
  • A track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset
