About the role
- Execute design assets for campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Support senior creatives on brand, product, or content design deliverables.
- Participate in internal reviews and actively seek feedback to hone craft.
- Stay attuned to visual trends and design standards, applying them thoughtfully.
- Contribute to projects by supporting visual execution across a range of deliverables and refining craft through hands-on experience and feedback.
- Report to the Creative Director and collaborate with copywriters and production teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a hybrid work model (remote two days/week, office three days/week).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a design role, agency, or in-house.
- Portfolio that shows potential and precision in layout, typography, and branding.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity design across digital and print media.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma or related prototyping software is beneficial.
- Collaborative by nature; comfortable partnering closely with senior creatives, copywriters, and production teams.
- Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude toward receiving feedback, refining skills, and learning new design methods or tools.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality and ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computers, and related technology.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds.
