Account Executive

• Supported by experienced colleagues, you will join our team in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts: embedded in project activities, you will gain knowledge in quality management and quality assurance topics such as Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP, and other current compliance issues in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
• Through involvement in sales activities, you will quickly gain insight into the industries, the exciting requirements of our clients, and the practical skills of customer service.
• You identify needs in conversations with prospects and contribute to the development of our service portfolio.
• You manage customer relationships from first contact through contract conclusion, during project execution and in subsequent customer support.
• You will be gradually introduced to your new tasks and to independent sales activities.

• Support in process-based software selection and implementation
• You will gain knowledge in quality management and quality assurance topics such as Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP, and other current compliance issues in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries
• You will be gradually introduced to your new responsibilities and to independent project management.
