About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supported by experienced colleagues, you will join our team in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts: embedded in project activities, you will gain knowledge in quality management and quality assurance topics such as Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP, and other current compliance issues in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • Through involvement in sales activities, you will quickly gain insight into the industries, the exciting requirements of our clients, and the practical skills of customer service.
  • You identify needs in conversations with prospects and contribute to the development of our service portfolio.
  • You manage customer relationships from first contact through contract conclusion, during project execution and in subsequent customer support.
  • You will be gradually introduced to your new tasks and to independent sales activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Very good Bachelor's degree (or higher), completed within the standard period of study
  • German at a business-fluent/negotiation level; fluent English
  • Curiosity, self-responsibility, and a willingness to continue learning and to develop new subject areas
  • Affinity for sales, IT, process thinking, and quality management
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% (domestic and international) with freedom to choose your residence within Germany
  • Enthusiasm for responsible and challenging tasks
