• Convince housing companies, property managers, real estate owners and homeowners’ associations (HOAs) of holistic multi‑family housing (MFH) modernization solutions
• Represent the company at industry events
• Create tailored proposals for private owners of multi‑family buildings with 3–20 residential units
• Guide customers through the entire sales cycle through to closing
• Systematically qualify the existing lead funnel and convert leads into the sales pipeline
• Act as the central point of contact coordinating customers, technical building services (TGA) planning partners and funding/grant processes
• Serve as the most reliable source of information for all stakeholders
• Work closely with Venture Development
• Translate learnings from deals into scalable sales processes
