- Develop and execute strategic sales plans

Requirements
- A degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
- previous experience in sales, preferably in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industries
- Strong technical understanding of customer applications and workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Strong customer focus and consultative selling approach
- Willingness to travel 50–75% within assigned territory.
