About the role
- Engage customers and respond to product, quote, and technical inquiries
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow your territory
- Build relationships with scientists, purchasing, and supply chain teams
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry.
- Ability to learn technical products and apply consultative selling approaches
- Solid understanding and proficiency in life sciences and/or the bioprocess industry to be able to serve as a resource for customers.
