About the role
- Join our Talent Development team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to our organization's future
- Design and develop leadership development programs and experiences focused on core manager and leader capabilities
- Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and cohort-based experiences for managers and leaders at various levels
- Lead end-to-end program management for leadership development initiatives, including planning, execution, communication, and evaluation
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, and business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and development needs
- Define and track success metrics (e.g. participant feedback, behavior change indicators, talent outcomes)
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Strong expertise in learning and development and/or organizational development
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing leadership development programs
- Strong project and program management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with budget oversight
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and learning technologies
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
