About the role

  • Join our Talent Development team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to our organization's future
  • Design and develop leadership development programs and experiences focused on core manager and leader capabilities
  • Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and cohort-based experiences for managers and leaders at various levels
  • Lead end-to-end program management for leadership development initiatives, including planning, execution, communication, and evaluation
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, and business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and development needs
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g. participant feedback, behavior change indicators, talent outcomes)

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
  • Strong expertise in learning and development and/or organizational development
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing leadership development programs
  • Strong project and program management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with budget oversight
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and learning technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
