- Lead strategic initiatives that drive our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
- Manage multiple high-impact projects spanning business transformation, process optimization, and organizational change across divisions
- Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic vision into executable plans while guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery
- Establish project governance, support accountability, and ensure alignment with business objectives through clear communication and robust project management practices
- Create meaningful impact by leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and improve customer experience across our organization
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in project/program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) a plus
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3M
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
- Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Project, PPM Pro, etc.)
- Advanced skills in stakeholder management and senior-level communications
- Experience leading organizational change management and business transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate and guide teams in matrix organizations
- Excellence in risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PPI)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on project needs
- Project management experience across multiple regions preferred
- Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
