- Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
- Own global GTM strategy; align cross-functional teams
- Define target segments, applications, and customer personas
- Develop value propositions and differentiated positioning
- Lead commercialization for new product introductions
- Partner with marketing to execute campaigns and expand into new segments
- Develop sales enablement tools and deliver training
- Support launches, events, and customer engagement
- Gather and translate Voice of Customer insights into actionable strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends
- Identify growth opportunities in core and adjacent applications
- Support product lifecycle from launch through phase-out
- Monitor product performance and adoption
- Conduct win/loss analysis and support portfolio optimization
- Identify portfolio gaps and expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, commercial, or business development roles within biotech, pharma, healthcare, or industrial sectors
- Experience in cryogenic, biopreservation, or related technical markets preferred
- Experience launching new products in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional and commercial team engagement
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing analysis
- Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
- Willingness to travel 25–35%, including domestic and international
