Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, commercial, or business development roles within biotech, pharma, healthcare, or industrial sectors
  • Experience in cryogenic, biopreservation, or related technical markets preferred
  • Experience launching new products in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional and commercial team engagement
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing analysis
  • Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
  • Willingness to travel 25–35%, including domestic and international
