About the role

  • Oversee high-level plans and progress of MA&EG Indication & Pipeline teams from early development through commercialization.
  • Partner with the MA&EG Indication & Pipeline Lead and Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SME).
  • Drive strategic alignment, integrated medical planning, cross‑functional connectivity, governance clarity and operational excellence across MA&EG.
  • Coordinate and facilitate MA&EG Indication Meetings including in person meetings as needed.
  • Develop agendas, capture action items, distribute minutes, and ensure timely follow up across stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized team communication channels and ensure consistent dissemination of relevant materials.
  • Build and manage project timelines, trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility and timely execution.
  • Manage operational oversight for IEGPs and other strategic medical plans to ensure delivery of MA&EG Asset and Indication objectives, goals, strategies, measures (OGSM).

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in health-related discipline or equal by experience.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in distinct phases of development, in different disease areas, preferably post approval phase, phase 4 and real world evidence studies.
  • At least 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment, preferably cross-cultural and on global project teams.
  • Strong project management skills; broad exposure to Medical Affairs process; advanced planning experience with Project Management Tools. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (English primary fluency or full professional proficiency).
