About the role

  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise AI, automation, and data Transformation programs.
  • Partner with functional and digital executives to align program roadmap, adoption milestones, and business outcomes.
  • Engage early with function owners and solution architects.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders; influence and coach sponsors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, digital transformation, change leadership, or large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving technology deployment, process redesign, and organizational shifts.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large-scale adoption of digital solutions (preferably AI, data, and automation platforms).
  • Formal Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong digital fluency and experience working with digital and technology teams; comfortable with AI-enabled tools and data-driven decision making.
