About the role
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise AI, automation, and data Transformation programs.
- Partner with functional and digital executives to align program roadmap, adoption milestones, and business outcomes.
- Engage early with function owners and solution architects.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders; influence and coach sponsors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, digital transformation, change leadership, or large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving technology deployment, process redesign, and organizational shifts.
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale adoption of digital solutions (preferably AI, data, and automation platforms).
- Formal Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong digital fluency and experience working with digital and technology teams; comfortable with AI-enabled tools and data-driven decision making.
