About the role
- Contribute significantly to customer success and business growth across our network
- Manage strategic client relationships and ensure effective customer onboarding
- Optimize business operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee end-to-end customer engagement
- Enhance processes, implement standardized methodologies, and ensure operational excellence across all customer touchpoints
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, CDMO, or related field
- Strong customer relationship management and strategic account management expertise
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing cross-functional teams and projects
- Advanced negotiation skills and experience with complex contract management
- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning
- Demonstrated success in improving processes and operational excellence
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP requirements
- Effective stakeholder management and executive-level communication
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages valuable
- Ability to travel (up to 25%)
