- Own the end-to-end data strategy for Real World Data domain
- Develop the vision and roadmap aligned with strategic initiatives
- Ensure high-quality data availability via prioritization of data initiatives
- Lead internal and external partnerships for data sourcing
- Oversee technical execution of data delivery
- Manage a blended team of internal and external resources
- Govern data quality and compliance with regulations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Previous data leadership experience comparable to 12 years
- Data leadership experience across strategy/analytics/engineering/governance
- Proven track record in developing data roadmaps
- Expertise in data modeling/architecture
- Demonstrated success in complex data deliverables
- Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
