About the role
- Develop impactful marketing initiatives to enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer
- Support AI-driven search initiatives by developing AI-ready content
- Perform technical and on-page SEO checks
- Use analytics to identify optimization opportunities and measure performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve search and AI visibility
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital search, or content optimization
- Understanding of technical fundamentals (schema, feature snippets, metadata, signals)
- Exposure to AI-driven search, structured content, or LLM optimization preferred
- Hands-on experience with analytics and search tools (Looker Studio, GSC, SEMrush, Adobe, CMS)
- Experience supporting large websites or B2B/Life Sciences content is a plus
