About the role
- Lead the execution of global patient recruitment strategies
- Oversee the development, approval, translation, production, and distribution of recruitment materials
- Collaborate closely with internal study teams to align on recruitment strategy and execution
- Ensure compliance with study tools, training materials, and system updates.
- Oversee recruitment-related financials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous clinical patient recruitment management experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5 years’ experience)
- Project Management experience
- Solid interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including English language proficiency
- Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
