About the role

  • Provide leadership for Global Clinical Ancillary Services (GCAS)
  • Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for GCAS
  • Define and refine the value proposition and service portfolio for clinical ancillaries
  • Ensure regional regulatory compliance and product traceability
  • Partner closely with Commercial and Operations leaders
  • Expand, manage, and optimize a global depot and distribution network
  • Champion intuitive, patient-centric ancillary solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
  • Significant experience in clinical supply chains, clinical ancillaries, or CRO operations
  • 5+ years of management experience leading large scale global teams
  • Strong analytical and operational acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field required
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, PharmD) preferred
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
