About the role
- Provide leadership for Global Clinical Ancillary Services (GCAS)
- Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for GCAS
- Define and refine the value proposition and service portfolio for clinical ancillaries
- Ensure regional regulatory compliance and product traceability
- Partner closely with Commercial and Operations leaders
- Expand, manage, and optimize a global depot and distribution network
- Champion intuitive, patient-centric ancillary solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
- Significant experience in clinical supply chains, clinical ancillaries, or CRO operations
- 5+ years of management experience leading large scale global teams
- Strong analytical and operational acumen
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field required
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, PharmD) preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
