About the role

  • Guide end-to-end supply chain operations to enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize material availability, inventory performance, and order fulfillment while supporting continuous improvement across the organization
  • Coordinate Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning (SIOP) processes
  • Manage supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Develop high-performing teams focused on operational excellence
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, optimize working capital, improve productivity, and support our company's growth objectives through effective supply chain management

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive supply chain management with at least 5-7 years in leadership roles
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • APICS certification strongly recommended
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing certification valued
  • Comprehensive knowledge in end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and materials management
  • Successful experience implementing and managing SIOP processes across complex organizations
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Experience in GMP/regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Device) preferred
  • Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement and change management initiatives
  • Effective team leadership abilities with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to travel 25-30%
  • Experience developing talent and building organizational capabilities
