About the role
- Guide end-to-end supply chain operations to enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize material availability, inventory performance, and order fulfillment while supporting continuous improvement across the organization
- Coordinate Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning (SIOP) processes
- Manage supply chain transformation initiatives
- Develop high-performing teams focused on operational excellence
- Enhance customer satisfaction, optimize working capital, improve productivity, and support our company's growth objectives through effective supply chain management
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive supply chain management with at least 5-7 years in leadership roles
- Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- APICS certification strongly recommended
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred
- Lean Manufacturing certification valued
- Comprehensive knowledge in end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and materials management
- Successful experience implementing and managing SIOP processes across complex organizations
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels
- Experience in GMP/regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Device) preferred
- Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Effective team leadership abilities with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to travel 25-30%
- Experience developing talent and building organizational capabilities
