About the role
- Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Customer Experience Specialist I, where you'll contribute to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
- You'll serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and operations, managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- As a customer advocate, you'll process and monitor orders, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- You'll analyze data, create reports, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- Additional certifications in customer service or project management are beneficial
- 2 years prior customer service experience
- Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in order processing and customer service operations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of cGMP and quality system standards preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated success in meeting service level agreements and performance metrics
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
- Basic understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes
