About the role
- Manage marketing-generated leads and follow up as appropriate
- Serve as AD team tool usage trainer and provide new hire onboarding support
- Create demand gen leads in support of AD team
- Maintain corporate reporting protocols
- Develop strategic plans to support AD RFP volume
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience (comparable to 2+ years’)
- Strong ability to develop a territory management strategy
- Ability to coordinate information from diverse sources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with various internal departments
- Thorough knowledge of CRO service offerings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales automation systems
