The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for making decisions that impact the demand and supply plans and communicating those decisions to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve supply shortages for the site.
Own the supply portion of the Sales, Inventory and Operations planning (SIOP) process.
Partner with the Demand Planning team to create executable supply plans across all value streams and ensuring supply is available to meet demand requirements within the planning horizon.
Work with the Procurement team to ensure reliable supply of Raw Materials, Packaging and Components are supplied to the sites.
Directly manage a team of production planners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other business management subject area or related field is required.
At least 7 Years leadership experience in the Supply Chain, or related field.
Ideally Life Sciences manufacturing confirmed experience, or highly regulated field.
Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, JDE, or another major ERP platforms as well as advanced planning tools (e.g., APO, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar).
Deep knowledge in planning processes: supply planning, new product's introduction, material planning and SIOP processes.
Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.
