About the role

  • The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for making decisions that impact the demand and supply plans and communicating those decisions to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve supply shortages for the site.
  • Own the supply portion of the Sales, Inventory and Operations planning (SIOP) process.
  • Partner with the Demand Planning team to create executable supply plans across all value streams and ensuring supply is available to meet demand requirements within the planning horizon.
  • Work with the Procurement team to ensure reliable supply of Raw Materials, Packaging and Components are supplied to the sites.
  • Directly manage a team of production planners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other business management subject area or related field is required.
  • At least 7 Years leadership experience in the Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Ideally Life Sciences manufacturing confirmed experience, or highly regulated field.
  • Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, JDE, or another major ERP platforms as well as advanced planning tools (e.g., APO, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar).
  • Deep knowledge in planning processes: supply planning, new product's introduction, material planning and SIOP processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.
