About the role

  • Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Identify potential barriers to recruitment and retention and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate quality and performance of providers and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Diversity Team to ensure that the Diversity Plan is reflected within Study Recruitment and Retention Plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous direct patient recruitment experience (comparable to 5+ years)
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
