About the role
- Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies.
- Identify potential barriers to recruitment and retention and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate quality and performance of providers and address any issues.
- Collaborate with the Patient Diversity Team to ensure that the Diversity Plan is reflected within Study Recruitment and Retention Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous direct patient recruitment experience (comparable to 5+ years)
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
