About the role

  • Supporting proposal development by leading budget preparation and bid negotiations in response to client requests
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into accurate resource and cost allocations
  • Supporting proposal strategy discussions and ensuring all budget data is accurately captured in internal bidding systems and client templates
  • Reviewing RFPs for completeness
  • Performing quality control on proposal documents
  • Ensuring all submissions are compliant, clearly articulated, and aligned with agreed study strategies
  • Following established processes and procedures and receiving regular guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required (or equivalent working experience)
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Additional professional certifications or training in relevant areas preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, QAD) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with focus on meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and quality control
  • Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of commercial sales operations, revenue recognition, and contract management principles
  • Experience with tender/RFP processes and documentation preferred
  • Professional fluency in English required; additional language skills valued
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset
  • Strong customer service orientation with focus on building collaborative relationships
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
