About the role
- Supporting proposal development by leading budget preparation and bid negotiations in response to client requests
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into accurate resource and cost allocations
- Supporting proposal strategy discussions and ensuring all budget data is accurately captured in internal bidding systems and client templates
- Reviewing RFPs for completeness
- Performing quality control on proposal documents
- Ensuring all submissions are compliant, clearly articulated, and aligned with agreed study strategies
- Following established processes and procedures and receiving regular guidance
- Building strong working relationships within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required (or equivalent working experience)
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Additional professional certifications or training in relevant areas preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, QAD) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with focus on meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and quality control
- Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment
- Knowledge of commercial sales operations, revenue recognition, and contract management principles
- Experience with tender/RFP processes and documentation preferred
- Professional fluency in English required; additional language skills valued
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset
- Strong customer service orientation with focus on building collaborative relationships
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
