About the role
- Drive the vision and Strategic Plan (STRAP) process by defining long-term strategic market focuses, portfolio recommendations, and go-to-market approach
- Ensure alignment of strategy with business goals, market trends and customer needs
- Build and articulate business cases and opportunity assessments
- Champion a growth mindset and support organizational change initiatives
Requirements
- Accomplished, strategic-minded Product Marketing Director to accelerate leadership in the digitally automated laboratory space
- Experience in strategic customer engagement, technical and product innovation
- Ability to drive the DSAS strategy in collaboration with multiple Thermo Fisher business units
- Lead cross-functional initiatives connecting sales, technical sales, professional services, customer support, product management, and marketing
- Develop and implement Annual Operating Plan commitments and ensure long-term profitable segment growth
