About the role
- Act as the senior HR partner to assigned client groups, providing strategic consultation and HR solutions aligned to business goals
- Translate business and functional strategies into integrated talent and organizational strategies that drive capability and culture
- Coach and influence leaders on performance management, talent development, engagement, succession planning, and complex employee matters
- Lead and influence organizational design and change initiatives
- Partner with HR COEs and platform teams to lead talent reviews, performance calibration, compensation planning, and development initiatives
- Use people and business metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field required
- Advanced degree and/or HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Typically 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a global, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and partnering with HR COEs
- Experience leading complex initiatives and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Deep knowledge of HR practices including performance management, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness.
