About the role

  • Review copy and identify issues with tone and voice, facts or grammar, formatting, punctuation, spelling and messaging
  • Rate and provide clear in-writing feedback for each deliverable reviewed
  • Provide quality localization for last-minute or confidential requests
  • Provide feedback and informed suggestions about terminology or brands
  • Perform full Quality Assurance (QA) on the different platforms and testing environments
  • Report and file bugs
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools or features being rolled out
  • Assist with training of new Testers joining the language team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested by Client

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of real-world software QA experience
  • Experience in software localization
  • Full working proficiency of both written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be flexible to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in computer science/related fields or equivalent work experience.
