💰 $20 - $23 per hour

About the role

  • Generate, verify, and match shipping labels with incoming packages for accuracy
  • Maintain awareness of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ensure compliance
  • Identify order discrepancies and raise them to appropriate personnel
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing packages are scanned accurately for inventory control
  • Safely operate pallet jacks to move heavy packages and pallets
  • Ensure proper handling and placement of items to prevent damage
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials to appropriate locations
  • Perform laboratory services such as order delivery, dry ice management, biological waste processing, and inventory management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of work experience in material handling: warehousing, shipping, and/or receiving preferred
  • Good x Practice (GxP) environment or laboratory setting experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first approach
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting shipping labels (DOT labeling)
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of complex work environments and follow all policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
