About the role
- Provide personalized telephone and written assistance to our guests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reviewing online bookings, processing email inquiries, and preparing arrivals using checklists.
- Act as an interface between different departments to ensure a smooth stay.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training; preferably experience in hospitality. Career changers with relevant experience are also welcome.
- Friendly, service-oriented phone manner.
- Flexibility and willingness to work a two-shift system (8:00–19:00) — including weekends and public holidays.
- Very good written and spoken German for confident communication.
- Good user skills in common MS Office applications.
