About the role
- Strategic advisory: Support our leaders on all HR-related matters and jointly develop clear leadership and communication structures.
- HR development: Work closely with the Head of HR to further develop the HR function, including analyzing existing processes, identifying improvements and actively shaping modern HR structures and processes.
- Project work: Contribute to cross-functional projects and actively implement internal HR initiatives, e.g. organizational development, talent development, efficiency improvements and the introduction of new systems.
- Conducting conversations: Prepare and conduct demanding conversations, such as feedback, development and disciplinary meetings, with clarity and high professionalism.
- Supporting team and leadership situations: Confidently resolve complex personnel issues and support sensitive team constellations.
- Metrics & analysis: Produce well-founded assessments and derive action needs based on HR data.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR, ideally in the service or leisure sector, and sound knowledge of employment law.
- Clear, solution-oriented and audience-appropriate communication — with both leaders and employees.
- Composure in sensitive and complex situations and the ability to accompany decisions in a transparent and understandable way.
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style to accurately capture and further develop HR processes, workflows and challenges.
- Experience contributing to and managing HR projects, for example process optimization or implementation of new systems.
- Strong affinity for digital HR tools and modern ways of working, with enthusiasm for efficient, contemporary processes.
- Willingness to shape and embrace change to sharpen structures, clarify responsibilities and consistently drive topics forward.
