About the role
- Shift management and team coordination: Support the bar manager in organizing daily operations — including staff scheduling, task allocation and motivating the team.
- Service quality & guest satisfaction: Ensure smooth service delivery, adherence to our service and quality standards, and lead by example in the role of host.
- Preparation & service of beverages: Professionally mix cocktails and serve other drinks — with attention to cleanliness, efficiency and presentation.
- Cash-handling & hygiene regulations: Co-responsible for billing, cash management and compliance with all applicable hygiene and safety standards.
- Inventory management: Assist with ordering, goods receipt and stock management — keeping track of inventory levels and quality.
- Onboarding and motivation: Support the onboarding of new colleagues and foster team spirit within the bar area.
Requirements
- Professional experience in hospitality, ideally in a responsible role (e.g., bartender with team responsibility, deputy bar manager or similar).
- Passion for bartending, service and hospitality.
- Organizational skills with an eye for efficiency and quality.
- Team player with leadership qualities, strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently.
- Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
