About the role

Shift management and team coordination: Support the bar manager in organizing daily operations — including staff scheduling, task allocation and motivating the team.
Service quality & guest satisfaction: Ensure smooth service delivery, adherence to our service and quality standards, and lead by example in the role of host.
Preparation & service of beverages: Professionally mix cocktails and serve other drinks — with attention to cleanliness, efficiency and presentation.
Cash-handling & hygiene regulations: Co-responsible for billing, cash management and compliance with all applicable hygiene and safety standards.
Inventory management: Assist with ordering, goods receipt and stock management — keeping track of inventory levels and quality.
Onboarding and motivation: Support the onboarding of new colleagues and foster team spirit within the bar area.

Professional experience in hospitality, ideally in a responsible role (e.g., bartender with team responsibility, deputy bar manager or similar).
Passion for bartending, service and hospitality.
Organizational skills with an eye for efficiency and quality.
Team player with leadership qualities, strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently.
Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
