• Serve as the HR leader for ThermalWorks, partnering closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team to support organizational priorities and business growth.
• Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and Endeavour’s people practices.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for ThermalWorks, helping attract, engage, and retain high-performing talent in partnership with Endeavour’s Talent team.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and practices accordingly.
• Partner with Endeavour HR and business operations teams on compensation, benefits administration, HR systems, reporting, and broader people initiatives, such as the ecosystem-wide intern program.

AI Engineer

• Develop machine learning models related to equipment telemetry
• Deploy ML/DL Models into cloud-based access for internal use
• Design data pipelines to ingest, clean, and analyze sensor, operational, and service data

Machine Learning Engineer, AI

Designer

• Own the design phase of every active ThermalWorks project from pre-contract award through issued-for-construction release, including milestone management, scope control, and change tracking, and finally through L5 commissioning.
• Establish and enforce design phase gates, deliverables, and review checkpoints; ensure every package meets ThermalWorks technical standards and customer requirements before release.
• Serve as the escalation point for design issues raised by Project Managers, Commissioning, field teams, and customers; drive design and construction coordination issues to closure.
• Partner with the Director of Project Management to integrate design status into the live Deployment Dashboard, providing accurate, current visibility into every project's design progress.
• Manage relationships with ThermalWorks’ external design consultant partners and construction teams, facilitating the effective, accurate, and complete resolution of all design issues.
• Own the submittal process, ensuring timely submission of all technical deliverables.
• Leverage AI to build technical tools and systems to streamline all design workflows.
• Drive down rework, changes, design questions and construction coordination volume through root-cause analysis and targeted process changes.
• Coordinate with the Quality Team, leveraging the Quality Management System (QMS) to build the feedback loop from field execution, commissioning, Service and operations back into design.
• Partner closely with Commissioning/Startup and Quality within the Delivery function to ensure design packages set up downstream phases for success.
• Coordinate with Estimating on design assumptions embedded in proposals; flag deviations early.
• Represent ThermalWorks design in customer-facing technical discussions, including design reviews, submittal negotiations, and issue resolution.

Design Phase Manager

Technical Writer

• Controlled, customer-ready documentation packages (product specs, data sheets, IOM manuals) released on schedule.
• Document revision history, approvals, and release status maintained and audit-ready across all product lines.
• Timely documentation updates aligned to engineering changes (ECRs/ECOs/ECNs), drawing revisions, and manufacturing releases.
• Traceability maintained between specifications, manuals, drawings, supporting calculations, and attachments.
• A searchable, cross-referenced document library that supports fast retrieval from quote through delivery and field support.
• Translate complex engineering and HVAC system concepts into clear, accurate documentation for internal teams, contractors, customers, and service providers.
• Develop, edit, and maintain controlled product documentation, including:
• Product specifications, performance data, and technical data sheets.
• Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals.
• Collaborate with Project Management on submittal packages and supporting technical exhibits for customer and construction use, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on documentation necessary for manufacturing, test, and inspection.
• Ensure documentation reflects real product configurations, performance data, and intended application.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Change Manager on document configuration management, including revision control, versioning, approvals, and release status.
• Ensure documentation remains aligned with engineering changes (ECRs/ECOs/ECNs), drawing revisions, and manufacturing releases.
• Maintain traceability between specifications, manuals, drawings, supporting calculations, and attachments.
• Develop and maintain a cross-referencing and cataloging system for easy document retrieval, maintaining continuity and revision control from quote to delivery.
• Collect, organize, and update supporting attachments for technical documents.
• Ensure all technical documents meet internal quality standards and external compliance requirements.
• Review and update technical documents on a scheduled basis to maintain accuracy and relevancy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of documentation across functions and consistent messaging.
• Support new product introductions and changes to released products with timely documentation updates.
• Provide guidance for documentation best practices.

Technical Writer, Product Engineer

• Respond to alarms, calls, and tickets; validate mode, temperatures, flow, and unit status
• Capture trends, screenshots, and event timelines
• Execute approved runbook actions and stabilization steps
• Escalate potential SOO or efficiency concerns with evidence, not speculation
• Support EU CX as needed (time-zone coverage, coordination, data collection, escalation assistance)
• Authority / Limits: Overrides are permitted only when explicitly approved by the Director of Technical Service or Manager, Technical Support Operations. All overrides must be documented, time-bound, and reviewed post-action. No control tuning without approval.
• Success Looks Like: Accurate, timely data capture that enables fast decisions; disciplined escalation with complete context; safe execution under pressure with minimal rework.
