• - Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention of personnel skilled in autism care and education.
• - Administer employee benefits, compensation, policy enforcement, and performance management.
• - Develop and implement training programs tailored to autism care staff.
• - Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (IDEA, ADA, HIPAA).
• - Facilitate employee relations sensitively, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• - Collaborate with therapy, education, and healthcare teams to align HR practices with center goals.
