About the role
- Define the project framework: governance, ceremonies, governance bodies, responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth execution of programs and alignment among all stakeholders
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with commitments
- Act as a negotiator/mediator in client and partner relationships
- Manage delivery in accordance with the contract (SLAs, commitments, scope)
- Work with the Legal team to support sensitive topics
- Anticipate risks (schedule, budget, scope, resources, quality, contracting)
- Implement mitigation plans and make rapid trade-offs/decisions
- Monitor and optimize the project budget
- Ensure the profitability and financial performance of the engagement
- Oversee team staffing in coordination with the staffing team
- Structure requirements, prioritize, and anticipate ramp-ups and ramp-downs
- Mentor and develop Lead Product Managers on delivery-related challenges
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in roles such as Program Director / Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager / Project Director
- Strong background in IT services companies or consultancies (Accenture, Capgemini, OCTO, Sopra Steria, etc.)
- Experienced in managing complex fixed-price projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience collaborating with project teams and C-level executives
- Experience in the public sector
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly understand situations and execute tasks efficiently
