About the role

  • Support Theodo’s growth (+15% per year) by attracting, selecting and convincing top talent
  • Build and manage your talent pool
  • Identify and leverage the most relevant sourcing channels (headhunting, employee referrals, direct applications, events, schools/universities…)
  • Develop and maintain a community of potential candidates through nurturing activities, coaching and personalized follow-up
  • Recruit 24 new hires per year
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify needs and create precise, effective recruitment briefs
  • Run a structured, smooth recruitment process, assessing skills, potential and cultural fit
  • Qualify, coach and support candidates throughout the process, through to successful job offers
  • Continuously improve our recruitment tools, methods and practices to help the team progress
  • Analyze and optimize the recruitment funnel to improve effectiveness and quality
  • Initiate and lead cross-functional projects to evolve our recruitment tools and processes

Requirements

  • Degree from a top business or engineering school, ideally with initial experience in a tech company
  • You thrive working in teams and value collective success over individual performance
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you build rapport both in writing and verbally, with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Tenacious and quality-oriented, you care about the end-to-end candidate experience including onboarding, and you are meticulous in tracking applications and maintaining data quality
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to Theodo’s growth, you aim to have a real business impact through your role
