About the role
- Engage directly with clients including CEOs and co-founders to understand needs and deliver bespoke solutions
- Hands-on learning and mentorship from experienced developers
- Manage own projects and take on increasing responsibility
- Mentor junior developers and act as technical advisor within team
- Build innovative web and mobile applications using React Native and Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Collaborate with agile and technical coaches to build scalable solutions
