• As an **Intellectual Property Specialist / Paralegal**, you will work with company executives, engineers, and product teams to protect and commercialize the company’s innovations. Your responsibilities will include:
• - Draft software licensing agreements with commercial and government customers.
• - Advise on IP strategies for patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• - Manage IP portfolios, renewals, and monitoring for infringement.
• - Develop policies to ensure compliance with U.S. and international IP laws.
• - Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses for software and defense technologies.
• - Prepare and filing patent disclosures, compliance documents, and regulatory approvals.
• - Track and meet filing deadlines with USPTO, WIPO, and foreign IP offices.
• - Collaborate with R&D, engineering, product, and business development teams to align IP strategy with company objectives.

Intellectual Property Specialist, Paralegal – Software

Attorney

• Draft and negotiate software licensing agreements, including those tied to federal government and defense contracts.
• Advise on strategies for patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Manage IP portfolios, renewals, and monitoring for infringement.
• Develop policies to ensure compliance with U.S. and international IP law.
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses for software and defense technologies.
• Prepare and file patent disclosures, compliance documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Advise on export control and government contract provisions affecting IP ownership and licensing.
• Track and ensure timely compliance with USPTO, WIPO, and foreign IP office deadlines.
• Partner with product, engineer, R&D, and business development teams to align IP strategy with business goals and compliance requirements.

Intellectual Property Attorney

DevOps Engineer

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar tools
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and maintenance using Terraform, Ansible, or related technologies
• Collaborate with developers and QA to create reliable deployment paths from local dev to production
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices across environments (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, bare-metal)
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to maintain high availability and performance
• Respond to incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Establish and evolve SLOs/SLIs to ensure measurable system reliability
• Participate in on-call rotation and build automation to reduce human intervention
• Drive capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization initiatives
• Administer Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and Windows-based infrastructure
• Manage self-hosted GitLab instances and ensure secure, performant operation
• Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure (IAM, RBAC, least privilege)
• Support both containerized and virtualized workloads across environments

Senior DevOps Engineer

SDET

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for software applications across desktop, mobile, web, and cloud-based platforms.
• Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements into comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios.
• Own assigned quality control domains, delivering with minimal oversight while providing transparency on progress, risks, and blockers.
• Conduct automated and manual functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across multiple environments.
• Design and maintain manual and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest) integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, databases, and third-party integrations for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps, collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to test planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives by bringing a quality control perspective to discussions.
• Drive improvements in quality control processes, coverage, and tooling to enhance delivery speed and quality.
• Support release readiness by validating builds, environments, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members in SDET practices, automation, and test design.
• Stay current with evolving quality control tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve testing effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in automation coverage and proactively propose improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain alignment with company culture.
