Staff Software Engineer – Data & Architecture

Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications across desktop, mobile, web, and cloud-based platforms.
• Translate user stories and technical requirements into working code with guidance from senior engineers.
• Take ownership of assigned features or components, completing work with minimal oversight while seeking support when needed.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.
• Assist in writing and maintaining code using .NET, C#, TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies.

• Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements into comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios.
• Own assigned quality control domains and deliver with minimal oversight.
• Conduct automated and manual functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing.
• Design and maintain testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest) integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, databases, and third-party integrations for accuracy and performance.

• Independently design, execute, and maintain test cases for assigned features or components.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and basic performance testing.

• Validate fixes and confirm readiness for feature or release progression.
• Log defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and impact assessment.

• Support core DevOps responsibilities with a strong emphasis on Site Reliability Engineering including managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production operation, with a mindset oriented towards reducing toil and driving continuous improvement.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
