About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop software prototypes for prospective customers and build internal software products
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Rust, and C#
- Work on software features and projects with minimal supervision
- Provide technical input and follow architectural direction
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
- Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue
- Implement and utilize databases and database transaction layers
- Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to understand customer needs
- Document development progress using Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and full-stack development best practices
- Travel up to 15%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 3+ years of experience in software development with full-stack expertise
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and/or .NET (C#)
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience building and deploying web and desktop, mobile, or tablet applications
- Understanding of databases and performance measurement
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with REST, WebSockets, and message queues such as Kafka
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level
