About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop software prototypes for prospective customers and build internal software products
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Rust, and C#
Work on software features and projects with minimal supervision
Provide technical input and follow architectural direction
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue
Implement and utilize databases and database transaction layers
Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to understand customer needs
Document development progress using Git, Jira, and Confluence
Participate in peer code reviews
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and full-stack development best practices
Travel up to 15%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
3+ years of experience in software development with full-stack expertise
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and/or .NET (C#)
Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience building and deploying web and desktop, mobile, or tablet applications
Understanding of databases and performance measurement
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with REST, WebSockets, and message queues such as Kafka
Understanding of version control systems such as Git
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level
