Partner with industry-leading AI vendors to deploy tools that automate manual workflows and drive efficiencies
Develop, document, and continuously refine SOPs and workflows to drive operational excellence
Analyze operational data to track KPIs, uncover trends, and recommend actionable improvements
Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and corporate development teams on initiatives that require operational support and analytics
Ensure operational processes meet all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards
Lead training and change management efforts related to new systems, tools, and processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement roles
Experience with workflow automation, business intelligence tools, or AI implementation is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization/CRM tools (e.g., Power BI, HubSpot)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
