About the role

  • Lead end-to-end (full-cycle) recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure—from intake through close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies, role scope, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Own hiring across global regions , navigating local market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience while balancing speed, quality, and equity
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes
  • Contribute to scalable recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives as the company grows
  • Ensure compliance with applicable hiring, security, and regulatory requirements when applicable

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in technical sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
  • Proven track record hiring individual contributor-level through Director-level roles across engineering and technical functions
  • Experience recruiting in global or distributed environments
  • Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success filling senior and specialized technical roles
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and scaling processes in fast-moving environments
