About the role
- Evolve and deliver our organic social strategy, ensuring it’s consistently executed and refined to build brand fame and deepen community engagement.
- Develop weekly and monthly content plans shaped by audience insights, product launches, cultural moments and priority campaigns.
- Partner with Brand Campaign and Creative teams to translate strategic pillars into compelling storytelling and innovative social‑first formats.
- Ensure all organic social activity is aligned with our brand campaigns, trading priorities and the wider marketing calendar.
- Lead the approach for Organic Social boosting to extend the reach of hero content across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, balancing brand-building with commercial performance.
- Mentor and coach the Social Media Executive - strengthening strategic thinking, execution quality and alignment to the overarching strategy.
- Conduct in‑depth competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities, gaps and emerging spaces for the brand to own.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working in Organic Social, including strategic planning, channel ownership, KPI optimisation and people leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow organic social channels through content strategy, community building and engagement initiatives.
