About the role
- Lead Epic implementation, optimization, and enhancement projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to Epic standards and best practices
- Oversee system testing, upgrades, and change management processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years of Epic experience (with leadership or lead experience preferred)
- Active Epic certification(s) required
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
