Producer

• Working with the HoPs to help manage the slates of our Live & Non-Live Sport Productions
• Planning and contracting staff, directly managing JPMs and PCs and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Actively seeking new junior and senior talent from diverse backgrounds.
• Effectively managing Client and Partner relationships, both face to face and remotely, working alongside the Senior Team & to attend client meetings and be a key point of contact for projects.
• Working alongside Legal & Business Affairs to ensure programmes and productions are compliant, including contracting staff, freelance and on-screen talent.
• Budgeting, including constructing budgets for new clients and broadcasters, revising existing Budgets, forecasting and overseeing cost managers.
• Helping to negotiate deals with new and returning clients and looking at new business opportunities.
• Working with Editorial, Technical and Business Development teams to respond to new business RFPs, including budgeting and planning resources.
• Working alongside the Managing/Creative Directors, Director/ Heads of Production, Executive Producers and Commercial Director to execute projects.
• Overseeing risk assessments, business continuity plans, staffing and post-production schedules.

Senior Production Manager / Production Executive – Sport Live and Non Live

• Work closely with Create’s Executive Producer across key projects from ideation to delivery
• Identify proactive opportunities for brands and partners to develop distinctive content ideas
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, agencies and internal stakeholders
• Produce branded content campaigns from brief through to final delivery
• Develop creative ideas, treatments, and pitch responses
• Present creative and production thinking to clients with confidence
• Manage budgets, schedules, suppliers, contributors, and production logistics
• Oversee shoots in the UK and internationally
• Manage post-production workflows including edits and final delivery
