About the role

Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust microservices using Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud infrastructure technologies
Oversee full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, and maintain
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that align with business goals
Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote coding standards
Stay updated on technology trends to ensure continuous innovation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure system stability

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related technical field
7+ years of experience in web application development or software engineering in a large enterprise environment using modern frameworks with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud infrastructure technologies (Terraform, AWS, K8S, Spinnaker, IAM, ALB, etc…)
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and databases
Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
