About the role
- Design, build, and own integrations and systems that power healthcare partnerships
- Own technical delivery for healthcare partnerships by architecting and shipping critical capabilities
- Design integrations and data flows that support onboarding and multi-state rollouts
- Replace bespoke requests with self-service features that scale across customers
- Build partner-facing systems across backend, mobile, and web
- Deliver reporting, workflows, and integrations that enable new programs and rapid expansion
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend or fullstack software engineering experience
- Strong backend emphasis, comfortable working across diverse systems
- Proven experience driving projects end-to-end and collaborating across teams
- Willingness to work across multiple product surfaces, learn broadly across the codebase, and deliver high-impact outcomes
- Experience with data platforms, modern reporting, ingestion, or integrations (bonus)
- Background in health tech or healthcare (bonus)
